1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the Rockey service for dropping off and handing over keys through a network of partner shops.

2. The service

Rockey connects depositors with drop-off points. The depositor remains responsible for the keys entrusted and for the access they share via pickup codes.

3. Pricing and payment

Drop-offs are billed per unit or via a subscription, at the rates shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely.

4. Liability

Rockey undertakes to ensure the traceability of every movement. Keys are handed over only on presentation of a valid pickup code and verification of the tag.

5. Welcome offers and referrals

Welcome offers (the launch offer reserved for the first 500 customers, and unbilled months) are for new customers only, limited to one per household, and subject to automated anti-abuse checks that may trigger a human review. Referrals credit both referrer and referee €10 each after the referee's first paid month, subject to a 14-day safety period, capped at 10 validated referrals per year per referrer; any reward is cancelled on refund, non-payment or dispute of the triggering payment. Credits are valid for 12 months. Rockey reserves the right to refuse an offer in case of clear abuse.
